Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: Flexible options – 5x8s or 2x8s and 2x12s, weekdays only, no weekends or call
Job Setting: Hospital-based, rotating between three facilities in Palm Coast
Type of Cases: Bread & Butter – General, Ortho, GI, Urology, minimal Vascular & Thoracic
Credentialing: Standard timeframe ~60 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
Board Certified/Board Eligible: CRNA with at least 6 months of experience
Certifications: Standard CRNA certifications (e.g., NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS as applicable)
Licensure: Active Florida license required
