• Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 4:30pm with 30-minute lunch
• 15 - 20 patients per day across admission and non-admission wards
• Adult inpatient psychiatric facility
• No call coverage or weekend shifts required
• 30-minute medication checks -- 1-hour new evaluations
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
