• On call coverage -- 24 hour call shifts
• 6 - 12 patients per shift with 4 new admissions
• General orthopedic practice providing comprehensive joint care
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement procedures
• Spine cases including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures
• Hand surgery and peripheral nerve procedures
• Hospital-based practice with rounding responsibilities
• Broad range of joint revision and repair procedures
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
