Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule -- no overnight call or weekends
Build up to 15 patients daily -- 30-60 minute new visits, 15-20 minute returns
100% outpatient clinic setting
No EMG technician available -- provider must perform both EMG and NCV if offering
Botox injection experience preferred
Two week on/off rotation required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
