About The Position

Illinois Hematology Oncology Assignment - No Weekends or Call

An excellent locums opportunity for an Oncologist is now available in Illinois. This interim assignment offers a great work-life balance with the potential for an ongoing need, perfect for supplementing your schedule.

Highlights

No call responsibility
No weekend shifts required
3-month assignment with potential to extend

Practice Setting

Primarily an outpatient clinic setting
Inpatient consultations and rounding
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cancer team

Schedule

Consistent coverage needed for this assignment
Only 12 shifts per month
Shift-based schedule during the week

Cases

Provide direct patient care
Handle hospital admissions and follow-ups
Manage patients in collaboration with an APP

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
Active Illinois state license
Current ACLS and CSR certifications

Credentialing Requirements

Credentialing support provided
Process takes approximately 60 days to complete

Travel accommodations
