Level 3 trauma center. GI bleeds abdominal pain food bolus elevated liver enzymes etc. Provider will float between sister locations. Working in endo suite and main OR. Patient Volume: 8 patients per day Patient Age Group: varies EMR/Documentation System: Epic Requirements: Board Certifications Req'd?: BC in Gastroenterology required State Licenses Req'd?: TN required Certifications Req'd? BLS / ALS / DOT / etc: ERCP a must BLS Specific Skills Req'd?: ERCP required DEA Req'd?: Yes Are vaccines mandatory?: vaccine exemptions accepted with proper medical documentation Additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean background Privileging Timeframe: 90 days Are you willing To License?: No IMLC Accepted?: No Which travel is billable? airfare / hotel / rental car / mileage / etc: all travel Rates: Orientation: 250/hr. Regular Rate: 24 Hr Call - Daily: 5800 per day FLAT RATE - to include all hours worked onsite per day any hours on call afterward offsite when they have left for the day Call Back: 600/hr - only applies if they are called back physically onsite after provider has left for the day Holiday Rate: 24 Hr Call - Daily: 8700 per day FLAT RATE - to include all hours worked onsite per day any hours on call afterward offsite when they have left for the day Holiday Call Back: 900/hr - only applies if they are called back physically onsite after provider has left for the day Holidays Paid IF worked holidays hours recognized: (New Year's Day MLK Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day (00:00 - 23:59).
