• ED Beds: 9 (within a 49-licensed-bed facility, 24 staffed beds)

• Patients per Hour: ~1.5

• Trauma Designation: Non-Trauma Center

• EMR System: T-System

• Admitting Orders: Managed by Hospitalist Team

Schedule & Coverage

• Shifts per Month: 8–10 shifts preferred

• Shift Times:

  • Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Single MD Coverage)

  • Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Single MD Coverage)

• APC Support: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (10 hours daily)

• Shift Flexibility: Days, Nights, and Swing Shifts Considered

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Family Medicine (ABFM), or Internal Medicine (ABIM)

• Required: 5 Years of Recent Emergency Medicine Experience (Case Logs Required)

• Active Tennessee Medical License & DEA (Clean File Preferred for Expedited Privileges)

• Certifications: ACLS & PALS Required

• Must be comfortable with standard ED procedures
