• Schedule: Clinic: 2.5 days per week, 8am-5pm and 8am Noon with OR2 days per week
• Job Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient
• Types of Cases: General urology procedures includingCysto,Prostate biopsy,Fiducial markers,Wart fulguration and more
• Credentialing : 90-120 days, emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certification : Board Certified Urology
• Licensure : Kentucky license required
