Coverage includes one physician and one APP each day, with the APP typically rounding at SMC. The schedule is 12 hours on-site (7 a.m.7 p.m.) and 12 hours on call (7 p.m.7 a.m.), with call generally quiet due to telestroke overnight coverage. Average daily census is around 20 patients.

The facility is located in Charleston, SC.

This is an inpatient consult-only service with 12-hour onsite shifts (7 a.m.7 p.m.) followed by 12 hours of call. Consults include stroke, seizure, EEG interpretation/reading, and other neurological conditions, with APP supervision provided. Tele-neuro covers initial strokes through an outside group.

• Support Staff:  It is one doc and 1 APP on each day. They do cover both TMC and SMC – but typically the APP will round at SMC for them
