Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Emergency Medicine in Bismarck, ND

 Wellhart is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position at a Multi-Specialty Clinic in North Dakota. This exciting opportunity offers weekday coverage starting 08/04/2025, for an initial contract of 60 days. The assignment involves working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing a wide range of emergency procedures, including intubations, chest tube insertions, central line placements, procedural sedation, OB/GYN procedures and deliveries, as well as adult and pediatric resuscitation. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care
• Perform intubations, chest tube insertions, and central line placements
• Conduct procedural sedation as needed
• Handle OB/GYN procedures and deliveries
• Manage adult and pediatric resuscitations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EHR system
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
• Participate in any necessary staff meetings or training sessions

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in North Dakota
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine required

• Familiarity with Epic EHR system is advantageous
