Cardiothoracic Surgery First Assist Physician Assistant - Louisiana
Cardiothoracic Surgery PA role in Louisiana near New Orleans with weekday shifts, high-acuity cases, and ongoing need.

- Two openings - build a true 1:3 call schedule
- Support a tight-knit team of 5 surgeons
- Ongoing full-time need with block scheduling flexibility

Practice Setting
- Inpatient and OR-focused role
- Full scope of CTS/CVS, including transplants
- Vein harvesting required
- Collaborative surgical team and advanced tech support
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- 1:3 call rotation
- Ongoing need with flexible blocks
Cases and Procedures
- Adult cardiothoracic surgical cases
- Vein harvesting, transplant support, full-scope CTS/CVS
Requirements
- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- Minimum 24 months of surgical first assist experience
- Active Louisiana license required
