7 on/7 off schedule -- 7p-7a nocturnist shifts
3 - 4 admissions and 2 - 3 discharges daily -- 10 - 12 patients per hour
Hospitalist role -- inpatient rounding and admissions
Ongoing coverage with minimum 3-month commitment
