• Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7am - 4pm, Tuesday/Thursday: 9am - 6pm
• Patients age 2+ years
• Experience in routine wellness care and chronic care management
• Hospital privileges available
• Major holidays off including Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Independent family practice experience required
• Urgent care experience required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
