Night shift: 7pm - 1am -- 6-hour shifts with potential to increase to 12-hour shifts
Average night census of 17 - 22 patients
Average 5 admissions per day
Open ICU environment
Mid-shift coverage to assist physicians
Rounding and admissions only -- no procedures required
