About The Position

• Monday through Friday -- 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm schedules available
• Primary caseload of 45 direct care patients with potential for 25 additional
• Skilled nursing facility with dedicated rehab, long-term care, and memory units
• Week-long call rotation alternating with another provider
• Manages wound care, IV medications, and therapy coordination
• Handles admissions, discharges, and emergency transfers
• Collaborates with physical and occupational therapy teams
• Provides care for diverse patient population including rehab and chronic cases
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)
