Qualified candidates must hold appropriate certifications and licensure for emergency medicine practice.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide emergency medicine care to patients in a clinical setting
• Assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment for acute and urgent medical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards
• Participate in weekend coverage as scheduled

Additional Information

• Iowa nurse practitioner license required
• Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
