• 7 on/7 off rotation -- 8 am - 4 pm shifts, Saturday through Friday
• 30 - 36 patient encounters per day
• Acute rehabilitation setting -- lower complexity patients
• No ICU coverage or codes required
• No procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
