Ultrasound Technologist – General (Days)- Direct Hire !
🕐 Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift | 80 Hours Per 2-Week Pay Period
💲 Hourly Rate: $37.49 – $56.23 (Based on Experience)

📝 Position Overview:

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality general ultrasound procedures in a safe, efficient, and patient-centered manner. The role supports accurate diagnosis by acquiring optimal imaging data for review by physicians.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Perform general ultrasound exams following departmental protocols
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the procedure
Operate and maintain ultrasound and hospital imaging systems
Communicate with physicians and care teams professionally
Capture and log diagnostic images, complete sonographer reports, and document via EMR

✅ Requirements:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Sonography program

Certifications:

RDMS Registered (or eligible within 2 years of graduation)
BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Experience:

1–5 years of general ultrasound experience preferred
