Our client has an immediate opening for a certified Surgical Technologist to join the Labor & Delivery team at a well-respected hospital in Yonkers, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment alongside a skilled healthcare team.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 7am - 3pm.

• Coordinates tasks in an orderly, sequential, and conscientious manner, ensuring safe and efficient surgical support.

• Completes assignments promptly while actively participating as a collaborative and dependable member of the surgical team.

• Appropriately plans and adjusts care based on patient needs, surgeon preferences, and procedure modifications to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Effectively identifies equipment issues and follows correct procedures for repair, replacement, or escalation to maintain a safe surgical environment.

Job Requirements:

• Labor & Delivery experience preferred; 1-2 years required, with certification.
• 2 years of operating room experience or equivalent clinical background.

• Diploma from an accredited Surgical Technologist program.

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
