Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Pediatrics

Full-Time or Part-Time Considered

We are a therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice dedicated to providing high-quality physical, occupational, speech, and behavioral therapy services in a clinic setting, through therapeutic learning programs, and via Early Intervention services. Our individual therapy offerings are complemented by therapeutic play groups and family support services, with the goal of helping every child and family thrive.

We are seeking a Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about working with a diverse pediatric client base and committed to family-centered care. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player eager to work alongside other therapy disciplines to support children and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy, counseling, and psychosocial assessments to pediatric patients and their families.
Act as an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team.
Connect families with appropriate community and support services.
Engage in continuing education and collaborative practice to ensure best care.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
Current Illinois LCSW license.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with children as an LCSW.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Pay: $70,000 – $80,000/year (plus bonus for full-time)
