GHR is searching for a Permanent Placement: Clinical Manager of Community-Based Programs

Pay: $80,000 – $85,000 per year + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Summary

GHR is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to oversee Community-Based Behavioral Health Programs. This leadership role focuses on providing clinical supervision for the Behavioral Health Justice-Involved (BHJI) and Community Support Programs (CSP) teams, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical support, supervision, and oversight of BHJI/CSP staff in community and correctional settings
Conduct individual and group supervision and maintain a small caseload as required
Ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures, and training requirements
Manage clinical documentation, chart integrity, and EMR accuracy
Collaborate with Directors to develop operational improvements and enhance care delivery
Coordinate with justice entities (House of Correction, Probation, Parole, Drug Court) and community partners
Participate in strategic planning and professional outreach to strengthen program visibility and community relationships
Support staff development through training and mentorship
Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission and Department of Public Health standards

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral health–related field
Licensure: LMHC or LICSW required
Experience:
- 2+ years in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment
- 2+ years in management or supervisory roles (preferred)
- Experience in community-based or hospital-based care management and outreach (preferred)
Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
