Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse

We are seeking a highly competent and compassionate ICU Nurse to provide advanced, patient-centered care to critically ill individuals in a high-acuity setting. This role demands strong clinical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including continuous assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of treatment plans
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic tests to identify changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
• Administer and manage complex medications, intravenous therapies, and life-support equipment such as ventilators and CRRT
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care
• Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and families regarding treatment plans and prognosis
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards within the unit

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
• CCRN certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience in an ICU or similar high-acuity environment
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
