Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM (30-minute unpaid meal break) Mon - Fri

Working Hours: 40 hrs/week guaranteed

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment. This role is centered around ongoing patient care management, bridging episodic and long-term health needs. The ideal candidate is a patient-focused team player with strong clinical assessment skills and a dedication to excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for clinic patients.
• Provide phone triage and determine the appropriate level of care and follow-up.
• Facilitate patient and family education related to treatments and care plans.
• Administer medications and immunizations in accordance with established procedures.
• Support diagnostic testing and coordinate orders from providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.

Required Qualifications:

• WI State Active RN License
• BLS or CPR Certification from AHA or Red Cross (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
• COVID Card
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Entry-level experience accepted
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently
