WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Case Management Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Pennington, NJ.

Job Function:

Day Shift.
7:30am 8pm or 8am-8:30pm.
Assess new patients.
Update and revise patient health care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families about health care plans and options.
Make clinical decisions for routine patient care.
Accurately document and submit medical records.

Job Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain).
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
CCM certification preferred.
2 years of acute care experience in this specialty.
