WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a prestigious Ambulatory Surgery Center in Newark, Delaware.

Job Function:

Day Shift.
7am - 3:30pm.
Ask patients about their health to assist in diagnosis and document symptoms and medical history for the physician.
Identify changes in symptoms and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
Administer medications, draw blood, and give vaccinations following established guidelines.
Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license for the state of employment, or willingness to obtain one.
2 years of experience in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
Preferred: 2 years of clinic experience.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
