Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU RN to care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level II/III/IV neonatal intensive care unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to provide family-centered care in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess vital signs, ventilators, and IV infusions
Administer medications and neonatal treatments per provider orders
Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate and support families throughout hospitalization
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
Current BLS and NRP certification
Experience with ventilators and high-acuity neonatal care preferred
