Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate PICU RN to care for critically ill or injured pediatric patients. This role requires advanced clinical judgment, pediatric expertise, and the ability to support patients and families in high-stress, complex situations.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in critical condition
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment
Collaborate closely with pediatric intensivists and the interdisciplinary team
Support families through education and regular updates on care plans
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes

Requirements:

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
BLS and PALS required
Pediatric critical care certifications (e.g., CCRN-P, RNC-PIC) preferred
