STAFF Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – Bradenton, FL

💰 Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Pay: $30.76 – $41.50 (Based on experience)
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.75/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
• National Certification Bonus: +$2.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $10,000 (Days)
  • $15,000 (Nights)
    (Paid partially on 1st/2nd check, remainder in 6-month increments)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (With HR approval)

• Patient Ratio: 6:1
• Shift: Full-Time – Days or Nights (Rotating weekends)
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
• Position Type: Permanent , Contingent

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications

• Education:
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required
  • BSN preferred
• License/Certifications:
  • Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
  • BLS (AHA or Red Cross) – Required
  • ACLS – Preferred, must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience required
  • Open to RNs from LTACH, Home Health, or Rehab settings
  • Must be able to attend on-site interviews to be eligible for offer
