We are currently seeking a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with solid experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery to join our growing practice.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage patients with chronic pain.
• Perform and assist with interventional procedures such as epidurals, RFAs, spinal cord and peripheral nerve implants, SI joint fusions, and joint injections.
• Collaborate with physicians to create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation following CMS guidelines.
• Educate and support patients on treatment options and ongoing care.

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery (required).
• Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, musculoskeletal, and neuropathic pain.
• Current Florida medical license.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• A motivated, energetic professional eager to grow with an established organization.
• Letter of recommendation required.
