Florida Medical Pain Management, (FMPM) Seeking qualified Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse practitioner who have experience in Interventional Pain Management, Orthopedic or Neurosurgery.

Job Type: Full Time

No on call, hospital hours or weekend. 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday thru Friday). This is a well-respected and established interventional Pain Management outpatient clinic with AHCA approved surgical center. We are located within the Tampa Bay Area - with offices located in St. Petersburg, New Port Richey and Spring Hill, Florida.

All our physicians include fellowship trained interventional Pain Specialists and dedicated medical staff focused on management of chronic pain to alleviate patient suffering and reducing patient opioid dependency. We have an in-house Pain Psychologist to screen patients who are opioid dependent and to prevent addiction.

Applicants must have minimum 5 years' experience should apply only, be skilled in assessment and management of chronic pain. Understand neuroanatomy, musculoskeletal, neuropathic, sympathetic mediated pain. Must be knowledgeable and understand the risk / benefit of interventional procedures medication: epidural, radio frequency ablation (RFA), spinal cord implant, peripheral nerve implant, sacroiliac joint fusion and nerve related treatment, joint injections. Must be very proficient in history taking and document as per CMS guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician's Assistant program.
• Must have 5 years' experience - Pain Management, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery - only.
• Florida medical license requires
