📋 Job Details

Position Title: CLS/MT I – SKMC – DH
Type: Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital Laboratory
Shift Options (40 hrs/week):
- Day Shift: M–F, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with alternating weekends and holidays
- Evening Shift: M–F, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with alternating weekends and holidays

💵 Compensation & Incentives

Salary Range: $31.49 – $37.05/hr
Shift Differentials:
- +$3.00/hr for second shift
- +$3.25/hr for weekends
Sign-On Bonus (Prorated by FTE):
- $5,000 for 1-year commitment
- $10,000 for 2-year commitment
- $20,000 for 3-year commitment
