About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mammography Technologist to join our growing team in the Bronx. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports early detection and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform both screening and diagnostic mammograms using state-of-the-art imaging equipment.
Accurately position patients and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the procedure.
Partner with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver precise and timely diagnostic images.
Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Provide clear, empathetic education to patients about the mammography process.
Follow all radiation safety guidelines and perform routine quality control checks.

Qualifications

Valid certification/licensure as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT (R)(M) strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to imaging.
Prior mammography experience required; additional experience in X-ray, CT, or PET is a plus.
Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in imaging and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
