Bill Rate reduces by 10% with under 1 year of experience

Therapists will expend a minimum of 90% of his/her billable hours treating clients. -Should productivity level fall below 90%, the hourly rate will be reduced by 10%.

30 hours guaranteed per week by LCCA, some facilities may differ - make sure you leave room in the margin to account for this.
