Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)

Job Description

The Cath Lab Tech will assist providers while performing diagnostic and interventional radiology and cardiology procedures. Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating for IR/Cath Lab and cardiology procedures, ensuring a sterile field is maintained, and supporting patient care functions in a high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider while performing diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures.
• Scrub and circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures and cardiology procedures.
• Participate in on-call coverage for STEMI and other urgent/emergent procedures.
• Work effectively within a team of three, including at least one RN per team.
• Handle procedural responsibilities and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab and IR experience is required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT or RCIS.
• Experience with medication administration is a plus, though performed by RN only.
