Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $60-61 per hour

Talent4Health is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Rochester, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Education:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Allied Health Sciences (e.g., Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Exercise Science, or Cardiac or Vascular Sonography, or equivalent academic program and experience.) 

Required Certifications: 

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)

 or 

• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)

 or 

• Radiology Technologist (ARRT) with Cardiac Interventional (CI)

 or 

• Radiology Technologist (ARRT) with Vascular Interventional (VI).
• BLS/BCLS and ACLS required.

Required: 

• Must have Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
• Must have BLS and ACLS Certs
• Must have experience at least a year experience scrubbing within Cath Lab, Diagnostics, PCI's, Impellas, Balloon Pumps, Peripheral diagnostic interventions
• Merge Hemo and Merge Cardio programs utilized.
• Will be responsible for Scrubbing in and setting up tables
• Department is both Cath Lab and EP 

Preferred:

• IR experience preferred but not required.
• Structural Heart and EP (electrophysiology) experience preferred but not required. 

Schedule Notes:

• 6:00A - 4:30P, 4-10's between M-F
• Must have weekends available for scheduled Call
• Call one weekend (F-M) per month
• 1-2 days/call per week
• No block scheduling
• No more than 1 week of RTO
• Must be able to work holidays.
