Day shift, 4x10-hour (07:00 - 17:30) with variable days off during the week and an on-call requirement.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Tech will join the invasive cardiology department, where they will work in a facility that consists of three procedural labs and a dedicated 12-bed prep and recovery area. The team performs various procedures including catheterization, electrophysiology, and peripheral vascular cases. The position requires expertise in complex interventions and advanced STEMI and cardiac arrest treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing cath, EP, and peripheral vascular cases.
• Maintain safety and care standards within a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
• Provide care for patients, including those with COVID-19.
• Participate in the growing structural heart program within invasive cardiology.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of relevant experience in a cath lab environment.
• Certifications required: RCIS, BLS, and ACLS.
• Experience with EPIC is required.
• Credentials: Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
