Job Summary:

Sysco is actively seeking reliable local CDL-A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate our tractor-trailers and manually unload/deliver a variety of products, including meats, produce, frozen foods, and dry goods. This role involves building strong relationships with customers through a positive attitude and understanding their operational needs.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A minimum of 6 months of CDL-A driving experience is required.
• Passing a pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
• A valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record is essential.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Engagement in touch freight, with the capability to lift and move products averaging between 40-60 pounds, and up to 100 pounds.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with hand carts or hand trucks is preferred.
• Experience in Food and Beverage delivery is a plus.
• A solid work history of at least 2 years is preferred.
