A prestigious, nationally recognized law firm based in West Virginia is seeking an experienced Litigation Defense Attorney to join their dynamic, high-performing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator looking to handle complex, high-exposure cases and work with attorneys across the nation defending mass tort cases all in the comfort of a boutique firm in West Virginia Why This Role?

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in hearings, motion's court, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate settlements
• Work collaboratively with clients, partners, and legal teams to build strong cases

What You Bring

• Active West Virginia law license
• 4+ years of experience litigating or a federal or state clerkship
• Strong research, writing and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex litigation independently
• Preference for experience in products liability, mass torts, depositions and motions practice.
• Preference for Law Review, Moot Court or Top of Class in Law School
• Strong work ethic and initiative to be a self-starter and team player
