Litigation Counsel

A law firm seeks a Litigation Counsel to join its Dallas, Texas office, focusing on Intellectual Property and Technology litigation. The role involves leading and supervising legal representation for national and international clients in complex, technology-intensive litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on patent litigation in district court, the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission.

Duties

• Lead legal representation in high-stakes patent litigation.
• Supervise litigation teams in complex technology cases.
• Engage in litigation at district courts, the Federal Circuit, and ITC.
• Collaborate with national and international clients.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 5 years of experience in technology-intensive litigation.
• 3 years representing clients in high-stakes patent litigation.
• Regular office presence required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in the state of Texas.

Skills

• Expertise in patent litigation and inter partes review proceedings.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters.
