This firm is a multi-state firm, and has proudly served the local legal community for over a decade and is looking to expand its litigation practice with a talented and ambitious attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from intake through trial and/or settlement
• Appear in both state and federal courts for hearings, conferences, and trials
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Conduct and manage discovery, depositions, and expert witness preparation
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners and clients
• Maintain and build client relationships
• Mentor junior attorneys and litigation support staff as needed

Qualifications

• 812 years of litigation experience (defense background preferred)
• Strong familiarity with Indiana Trial Rules and local procedures
• Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Indiana and in good standing
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing your own client base a plus
