Job Summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods

• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures

• Culinary certification preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Levy standards

• Ensure all dishes meet timing, taste, and presentation specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

• Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards

• Communicate with team members and chefs to ensure efficient service

• Assist with prep, setup, and breakdown of station before and after service

• Must be able to work on weekends
