Work at TidePointe, located at 700 TidePointe Way, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook, you will:

• Assist in preparing a variety of dishes while ensuring a safe, clean, and sanitary work area.
• Help with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices.
• Support kitchen attendants as needed.

Qualifications:

• Preferably, you should have 1 year of basic line cooking experience in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living community.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• You must possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler certificate, as required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary where applicable.

Additional Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in all facets of kitchen work.
• Keen eye for details.
• Ability to accurately follow recipe cards and use a Point of Sale (POS) system.
