Heron Ridge Associates, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Limited License Psychologist LLP to join our team in Bingham Farms, MI. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, youll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

As a Limited License Psychologist (LLP) / Psychologist (MA/MS), you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. This position is in an outpatient clinical setting where you will interact directly with patients. You will quickly build rapport with patients and coordinate care with internal and external providers by forming excellent provider-patient alliances.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results
• Establish treatment plans goals with measurable steps for client
• Provide individual, group and family therapy
• Lead crisis intervention methods and provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
• Complete clinical documentation according to policy

Required Qualifications:

• Master's (MA/MS) degree in Psychology
• Active and unrestricted LLP licensure in Michigan

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with children or adolescents
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
