Position Summary

The Licensed Vocational Nurse Associate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on their education and training. You will adhere to established Standards of Nursing Practices and comply with our organization's policies and procedures.

Qualifications for Success:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school resulting in your qualification as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Preferred experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or assisted living settings.
• A current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• IV Certification is required or willingness to obtain it within six months of employment.
• Current CPR/AED Certification or a commitment to obtain it within six months of employment.
• Able to assess the nursing care needs of geriatric residents effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with residents, visitors, and staff.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Possess critical thinking abilities.

Compensation: Competitive pay range of $26.96 - $43.95 per hour.
