Licensed Talk Therapist - Independent Contractor

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to deliver a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions. We are thrilled to offer a $7,500 ramp stipend for those able to commit to 25+ hours per week.

What We Are Looking For
We are on the lookout for independently licensed clinicians in California who are passionate about making a difference and are eager to join our team. We would particularly like to hear from:

• Providers who can see 25+ clients per week

• Behavioral health generalists (available to work with couples and children, with our support)

• Clinicians who value both independence and teamwork

• Those interested in expanding into clinical leadership or supervisory roles

• Individuals who demonstrate strong character, integrity, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California

• Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Earn up to $115,400 depending on licensure, session volume, and potential bonuses.
