Position Overview
This role is tailored for licensed psychiatrists eager to enhance their private practice. At Headway, we equip you with the necessary tools, resources, and support to simplify insurance processes, optimize your operations, and help you concentrate on delivering outstanding care on your own terms.
Your Qualifications
You are a fully licensed psychiatrist and hold a valid DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , a current NPI number , and malpractice insurance .
You are eager to initiate or expand your private practice while enjoying the freedom to control your schedule, client load, and work environment.
We accept the following licenses on a state-by-state basis: MD / DO.

Important Information
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will have full autonomy over your practice, including managing your hours and caseload.
At this time, Headway cannot support mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. If your application is declined due to incomplete licensure, you are welcome to reapply once you have a valid license.
