Facility Hours

• Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  
• Tuesday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  
• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  
• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome patients, creating a warm and caring environment
  
• Collect and document patient vitals and intake information accurately
  
• Support patient education and review after-care instructions
  
• Ensure all documentation and forms are completed accurately
  
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Indiana required)
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Passion for providing patient-centered, compassionate care
  
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
