Position Overview:

As a Wellness Center LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives through various health and wellness activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in resident and family education and counseling on health promotion and maintenance within the scope of LPN practice.
• Providing direct care and maintaining clinical records for residents receiving care in the Wellness Center.
• Facilitating residents' access to on-site healthcare and guiding them on medication-related concerns.
• Performing COVID-19 screening as a primary duty and potentially providing additional coverage in the Wellness Center.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, ideally with the geriatric population.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current state licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR and AED certifications.
• First Aid certification is required or willingness to obtain it. Basic computer skills are preferable.
