Your Role:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care under the guidance of registered nurses.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
• Assist patients in achieving their health goals and prepare them for a successful discharge.

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN/LVN licensure in your state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in an inpatient medical-surgical setting, especially in rehabilitation.
