Your Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Provide direct patient care while implementing care plans and monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Work with diverse patient diagnoses that include stroke, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, joint replacements, cardiac conditions, and more.
• Support patients in working toward their goals for discharge and reintegration into their lives and communities.

Qualifications Needed:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• Active CPR certification.
• Preferred: One or more years of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation settings.
